I've been getting mail from them for years, along with the free decals, note paper and magnets. I was curious if any of you were members and if you think it is worth the dues? They sent me a packet last night, that if I signed up, I would get to "field test" some bobbers and a filet kit.....anyone out there a member of the North American Fishing club? Is it worth it?

I was a member for a few years but decided not to renew my membership (too many magazines). The magazine is good and loaded with fishing articles. I never did any field testing for any of the products so could not comment on that area.

My Wife has been a Life Member for 4 or 5 years now. If I were to add up all the goodies we have received over that time(incl. a pretty good mag.) I'd say we were ahead. Some of the stuff we have tested was pretty neat,and some of it didn't work so well. We just told them the truth about it,never got a big dollar item though.lol Some have gotten trolling motors,canoes,etc. to test.

Me too. Too much high pressure sales for me. When an outfit start crambbing themselves down my throat they lose me.
If pigs could fly bacon would be harder to come by and there would be a lot of damaged trees.

I absolutely hate it when they send me something (I just got a silver coin in the mail) and then I have to send it back or pay for it! I am considering canceling because of the hassle they create!
