Just wondering if I should worry about this. I keep records on all the bass caught. I am showing that anything under 12.5lbs. is under weight but everything longer is at or above.

This was a overfished (harvested) pond with little forage but over the last couple of years I have addressed this issue. I would have thought the younger fish would be doing better since they should have had more to eat most of their life.

Texas, you are too funny, how many bass do you have over 12.5 lbs ??? \:\)

If your RW's are under weight, you have several options open.
1) cull a few bass to get the RW's back up.
2) Try golden shiners, they are nest robbers and will minimize the spawn and are prey.
3) feed them all by introducing threadfin shad, tilapia, or Adult Bgill.

lol, you know the rules \:\)
