I've been thinking of adding Giant Freshwater Prawn to my pond. If in the future I decided to add Crayfish, would there be any issue with prawn and crayfish being in the same pond?

I could be wrong here because I am no expert but from all my researching I think the large craws like the Red Swamps might make a meal or two of the prawns. Maybe not red swamp 5 to 6" in size where the Malaysian prawn that is sold here will grow twice that size but are less aggressive from what I read but again I am no expert here. If you decide to do both please lets us know how it turns out from your experience. Sharing experience here is what it's all about.

You are correct! Based on the little research that I've found online, the prawn would be an easy meal for the crayfish.

So, it's either one or the other on the same pond!

Prawns also eat prawns...when they molt.
