Just about any large, public lake.

I already go fishing in Beech fork lake, but carp fish in there too small.

If there are small ones, there will be bigger ones also....just got to keep fishin...

Based on the lake you mentioned, I'm assuming you're in the Huntington, WV area... Do you go to Marshall? My best friend is from that area and attended school there.

As far as carp fishing goes, your best bet will be the Ohio River.
