Jim - Great Bass!!! It is probably a momma full of what will be some of this year's offspring. Keep up the very good fish management. Lusk ought to use that picture for a magazine cover with a feature story.

DD1, Wish that was true in all states, but I agree, if it is your property it should be fine to do as you wish...

Agree CC. But it is still legal in Texas. Not sure about the future. I heard about a lawsuit where a guy was claiming damages because some unwanted fish came from a pond about 1/4 mile away. But, I never heard about what happened.
