I have a half acre pond that I had dug deeper on one end but the water is cloudy and hasn't cleared up in 2 weeks should I just wait longer or is there anything I can do to clear it back up

It took a lot longer than two weeks for my pond to clear up after it was renovated.
If you have any bare dirt around the portion that was excavated you'll want to get grass established asap.
