I assume you are talking about Bob Lusk. Lush must be a typo.

Take it easy Bob, shoulder surgeries need plenty of rest or it's all for not.

12 oz. curls are known to be proper rehabilitation for shoulder injuries.

At certain times, the patient should move up to 16 oz. curls.

Given how many years he's been fishing, I'm surprised his rotator cuff held out this long! Here's hoping for a fast and full recovery!

Best wishes for a speedy recovery. During recuperation you will have plenty of time for working on the magazine. Make efficient use of your recuperation. Check in with us regularly.

Any professional fitness trainer will tell you.....it's all about the reps.

Had rotator cuff repaired last Monday, been mostly under the radar since. Feeling good, started physical therapy Thursday.
On the mend, should be smooth. I'm a compliant patient.
