I received a letter today saying that Richard Carlson had passed and that they are laying the business to rest. Equipment and tool auction to be held on Saturday December 2, 10:00 a.m. if anyone is interested, details in the link below. RIP Richard.

I didn't know this man or his business, but my condolences and prayers for comfort go out to his family.
That looks like a fairly extensive list of auction items. I hope it is a large success.

I'll have to skip it, I have already made a commitment go muzzle loading for deer that day. I wish I knew if they were selling some of fish transportation tanks, that's what I would be interested in.
That's exactly what I was hoping to purchase. Thinking our group of Nebraska Pond Bossers need to coop these type of items. Transport tanks, trap nets, seines, etc. Let me know if you find anything out. Otherwise I may call up there next week.
That would be interesting to see a complete list of stuff. I don't see any transport tanks, etc. listed, just a lot of shop equipment and aquariums.
The letter I received did include an email address if there were any questions for the family about the auction. Send me a pm if you want it so you can ask about what kind of aquaculture items are being sold or if you would like to send your condolences. Sounds like the family would also welcome and share stories of people who did business with Richard.
One thing the letter did mention was that the property had been devastated by a tornado in October of 2013.
