Ummm... Looks just like an app that one phone has to be on the power outage side and it sends a text to another phone. Need 2 phones or more.

Nothing is Free, but have been getting a bunch of free stuff from Phoenix Contact and Keyence for filling out a short questionnaire from email. Got a cool Laser Line Generator from Banner Engineering. A bunch of other stuff as well, but waiting on that SELV Class 2 power supply with the 8 channel electronic circuit breaker from Phoenix. Those things ain't exactly cheap, but hoping for the best.
Usually take about 2 months for the free stuff to show up.
