... Scratch off deal, and I do not play these games.

Cost 20 bucks and has a 1:2.96 odds's of winning.

Not fluent in destitute for a new Manson with Servants, but I put the penny to it.

Deciphering all of this, it looks like I have won my 20 bucks back! laugh

Bad news is, that I may have scratched off an area that void's it!

See what happens tomorrow laugh

You can't void it... It has a bar code on it that they check on every (winning) ticket. The only two ways that I know a ticket can be canceled is(1) The ticket has expired after 6 months and (2) the ticket has not been scanned into the system and may have been stolen. Now, those were just for scratch off tickets. Pic 3 and on up have a 6 month cash in period also but your tickets are coming out of the computer-printer and are already entered into the drawing.

JKB........Are you a winner???....Even if you're even, you were still in the game. Can't win if you don't play!.......But you can't lose if you don't play either..

Lottery = poor folks sending other people's kids to school.

Hey, I was just living carefree and wreckless at the moment when I purchased the ticket blush laugh

Property taxes are enough to support schools, if only they managed them well.

The free buck, never makes it here!

Glad I got a push on that one laugh Kinda like a second chance with the 20 spot laugh wink

I'm thinking of blowing the wad of cash on some really slow cooked country style ribs!

It's tangible! and I can see the return on my investment, should I care to look that direction laugh wink

I read this forum every day but rarely post, so this is a strange thread for me to jump in on but I hope you enjoy the story. This winter I was playing NHL (a video game) online with my brother and talking to him using a headset. Anyway he gets a call on his phone and it's someone from his work which is weird because it's 9:30pm on a Saturday and leaves him a message making it sound like something serious had happened and to call him back. My brother is so scared that he's about to lose his job he has to leave the game and call this guy back. I keep playing and ten minutes later my brother calls me back losing his mind telling me his work group won a lottery! There were A LOT of people in the group but it was enough for him to buy a little used truck and have a small deposit for a house when he's ready. The coolest part? Having him text me a pic of that little machine saying "it's a winner..." and realizing that those astronomical odds against actually happened to someone in my family! Christmas was great this year haha smile

I can tell you from experience if you win your money back and keep playing most likely you will end up with a zero balance. grin

I rarely ever play. Just like the casinos (which I would never play) the odds are so stacked against you it'snot even fair in my book.

An old friend of mine told me "I make a bet everyday - otherwise, you might be walking around "lucky" and not know it"...

Just scanned a ticket at Flate Creek resort in Cape Fair Mo at Table Rock Lake. $250 bucks. Also bought on my little girls birthday. $250 show me cash plus $29 mo lotto. She must be my lucky charm. I put all lotto winnings into her college fund.

JKB, Your right....... but once the hook is set,(big winner or big fish) the thrill draws you back wanting another one. Kinda like an addiction.

I like fishing and playing the lottery. But I probably have more money in boats and fishing gear than I do in lottery tickets.

But you have to play to win or fish to catch... I like both!!!
