Super Invasive....How To Get Rid Of

This pond in our HOA had a small area with this plant ~20' in diameter last year. It has now taken over the 70% of the BOW.

What is the best way to get rid of it?

Have you identified it? It's hard to tell from the video, but it kinda looks like Lotus. Does it flower? How deep is the water that it's growing in?

Not sure what plant you have, but a friend pulled this from our lily pads on Friday.

That is a dandy LMB, RAH. Very fat and pretty.
