It's coming along nicely. I'm pretty sure there are some larger than this. I don't even think this is a mature fish. But the helmet has formed. I wondering how much bigger they can get. Look at the size of prey she was going after. She?

That is a beautiful mature male CNBG . It will get bigger with enough food . Nice work !

The fish was put in my pond at about 2 inches May 17, 2014 so it's about a year and a half old.
