Jan/Feb issue of PBM - Pond Boss Forum

Anybody know when the Jan/Feb 2015 issue of PBM is coming out?

Bill D - The Jan-Feb should be in the mail by now. The issue was at the publisher during Christmas break. I saw a pdf of the close to final copy. It is a good issue especially since esshup and I have an article about winter pond aeration in this issue. The magazine might be in the mail this week.

That's the article I am waiting for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

About 2-4 weeks ago. (proof copy - electronically that is!)

Note to everyone not PB brass, sucks to be us! Looks like I will be reading my wife's cooking mags again for a day or two!

You'll like it once you get it. Don't worry, I usually lag behind the crowd when it comes to getting the paper copy in the mail!!

I just bought a years subscription on Jan 10th. Will I get the Jan/Feb issue?

You can have the PBoss office start your subscription with any issue. Just call the office 800-687-6075 and let them know which issue should be the first issue. You could even make the first issue Sep-Oct 2014 or Nov-Dec 2014.

You should. I bought my subsription in Oct and still got the Sept/Oct issue.

Got mine yesterday.

Mine came yesterday as well. I'll crack mine open after Matt Dillon gets done dealing with evil doers this afternoon.

I got an Apple app store update yesterday, and past PB issues are showing up online. Very easy now to read issues on portable devices.

Still waiting here. I renewed my subscription in December which likely explains the delay.

Jan-Feb 2015 issue also arrived on in NW OH Jan 22.

Got mine (South MS) yesterday...

Mine came on the 20th. Still in the plastic sleeve.....

Sheriff stopped by today and asked me to stop sitting by the mailbox. Seems some of the neighbors and the mail lady have complained. Moved my chair to my front porch.

I've had my copy for a few days now, and finally got a chance to read the aeration article by Bill C and esshup. Nice work guys! A lot of the winter aeration questions we see here on the forum were covered in detail. Great info for the northern pondmeister!

It would be interesting to read in print rather than in PM's or forum.

A bit perplexed tho, because my subscription expired 3 issues ago (not including this one), but they keep showing up at my Dad's house. Just never got around to renewal yet. Picked up Nov/Dec issue yesterday.

I went thru my email receipts that would come from PB and PayPal, but not getting anywhere on this.

Don't know what's up.

Maybe someone continued your subscription for you?

Who would have known it expired? If that's the case, Thanks!!!

We send out three different renewal notices to the same address we send the magazine. The third one is the final plea. After three notices, we stop. We figure three times is enough if someone wants their subscription to keep going.
If anyone has questions about the status of their subscription, send an email to info@pondboss.com and LeighAnn will respond to it when she comes in.

Yeah Bob, I remember a couple of notices I picked up, but the mag goes to my Dad's house as well as the notices.

Being crazy busy, the notices hit the back burner.

Maybe your dad could make the call with a credit card number and you'll keep getting the magazine.

Yep, understand. Just renewed for 2 yrs.

LeighAnn from PB called me last night about my renewal and said this would put me thru 2018. Mentioned I may not live that long, but how is this?

She just said that my subscription was already renewed by someone, but wouldn't give me details.

I must have one too. Got my copy of PBM today! Did not read it all yet just moved to the aeration article. Excellent! Congrats to the authors. Looking forward to Part 2!
