To each his own....

My 5-year old daughter and niece were watching it with me, and everytime dude cackled, the girls just looked at each other, smiled, and shrugged.

At first i thought the gene pool must be shallow (and small) but after further reflection I think i have seen his kin folk down here in Florida...

He's not from Texas. We shoot stuff like that here! Turtles too! I think he was from north of the Mason/Dixon line somewhere!! \:\)

I'm trying to figure out if he was born crazy or the chainsaw accident made him that way...

LOL! Great question! We may have to kill him and examine his otolith to find the answer to that one!

He wer'nt that way fore he seen Doctor Bruce!

I'm not sure even Dr. Bruce Condello himself could help this guy out!

Man, that little victory yelp of his has to rank up there with the most annoying sounds I've ever heard.

What I'm even more shocked by is that he still has all his fingers. I've caught a couple with my bare hands, but they were basking in the sun when I grabbed them.

A dream day would be a morning of noodling catfish and an afternoon of turtle catching. And maybe some more work with the chainsaw.

I've caught, cleaned, and cooked a fair number of snapping turtles, starting way back in my teen years. No way I would grab one in muddy water, where I couldn't see which end was which. That boy just ain't right.

I caught one. I only tried it once. That was enough for me.
