Skate on the pond because it is not so big 1 acre, can it generate a stress to fish and make them consume more oxigen.

I would say no...fish under ice are very accustom to noise. Ice is loud, very loud, as it expands, contracts and builds in thickness. Critters are always running across frozen bodies of water. Even snow blowing across the ice is noisy to a fish.
Hard to skate with an aerator lol. Family always hangs that over my head.
Azteca, keeping the ice as cleared of snow as possible will allow light to penetrate, which will in turn allow algae and other oxygen producers to thrive under your ice.....no worries with skating.
