Looking to house my 3/4 hp gast pump, any ideas for a DIY type from lowes or home depot, looking to install cooling fans also? Or do I just get one of these sorts of things-

Have been using a dog house I got cheaply from my local farm store but now want to upgrade whole system now, back it away from waters edge, put a single line to a 4 way splitter at waters edge for the two I currently have then add another line this year or next and another after that as money becomes available for each part.

Depending on how secure and vandal proof you want the shelter consider using a dog house.

You an add a flap, screen in, or close the opening. It can be mounted on cement blocks. Then drill or cut some large holes in the bottom add window screen on the floor to minimize critters crawling in. You can add louvered vents in the sides or back near the roofline. then not fan is needed to keep the compressor cool. Compressor can only be run at night to help cool it. Two enemies or compressors moisture and operation in confined spaces allowing motor to overhead. Rotary vanes normally run around 205F.
