I have 1/2 of an acre to build a new pond. I was wondering what depths,structure,etc to build a golden shiner pond. I was wanting to sell these golden shiners for a summer project.

Make it easy to seine!!!

Keep the depth to a minimum with a very gradual bottom depth slope with 3 steep sides. It would be better around 4' deep or easy to lower to 3-4'.
