My neighbor hood pond is a 3/4 acre pond that is full of common carp, green sunfish and crappie. It is owned by the homeowners association. Lots of people come there to try for bass and catch none. How do I replenish the sport fish into that pond.

A modified fyke net properly set would do a great job.. Retenone and starting over would do an even better one.
