Hello to all of the experts out there! My new 3/4 acre pond is complete. Let me give you some info so that you know what I am working with. Pond is located in N.E. Indiana. Max. Depth is 12ft. The pond is shaped like a kidney bean. It has a large swimming area with sand, 2 pools that are 12 ft deep, and an area between the pools and the swimming area that is about 8ft. I have added a cinderblock stack and a nice stack of small clay tile for structure so far. I hope to add more to that soon. It currenly has about a foot of water. My plans are to add gills, bass, and possibly a few channel cats. I will be feeding the fish regularly. My goals for the pond are to provide a yearly bgill fry for my family and a ton of fun for my children. I would love to have some monster bass, but I realize the limitation with the size of the pond. So... I would like to hear from you all about what you feel would be the appropriate numbers of fish to put in. I will be starting with fatheads. I just don't have a very good idea of just how many of each fish to put in. Thanks for your help! Ian
