At one of my ponds, there used to be a bream bed where we could catch fish all day long. Now we can't hardly get a bite. The bed is still there and it's along a bulkhead. There is a bit of a drop-off behind the bed and my question is would it help or hurt to put some kind of attractor on the drop-off behind the bed?

TF : Not sure what you mean. Fishing BG beds is usually productive like you stated only during the spawn. In any event some woody cover (lay down xmas trees) near BG beds is a good idea as it gives a place for swim up size BG to hide and grow. They are colony nesters. See below.
