OK, not on the same scale as most projects on here, but it will certainly help me enjoy my BOW. I used all scraps from my neighbor's portable sawmill scrap pile. The wood is called monkeypod which is a local favorite. The rope is from the USCG. It was used to hold ocean buoys in place and is rated at 12 tons. Small kind over kill. The only money I spent was on stainless steel hardware and spar urathane. I've got about $35.00 into it, not counting my time/labor which is about $2.00/hr.  If it'll ever stop raining, I plan on sipp'in on my homemade wine or bourbon if it's chilly. The scenery should be nicer when Mother Nature fills up the lake again. You can tell from the tree line how low it is.

Nice job! Funny all my work around the ponds is at $0 per hour. But good benefits go with the low pay.
