I recieved an e-mail from a friend and thought maybe somebody might know someone looking for a property like this. My friend is not the owner and neither of us know the owner and have no stake in this property. 10 acre property with woods, a pond, a dock, and a small weekend cabin/house.https://easttexasland.com/weekend-cabin-on-10-acres-50-50-woods-meadow-fishing-pond-175000/

Took me six years of searching to find the right property to build the kind of pond I wanted. It is so much easier to find property for just a house than a pond!

Took me six years of searching to find the right property to build the kind of pond I wanted. It is so much easier to find property for just a house than a pond! me too anthropic. i actually enjoyed the journey of looking for property and heck I still look online at properties even-though I am not in the market. It is exhilarating when after years of looking you finally arrive at a property and just know "this is the one".
Fishing has never been about the fish....

Me, too. Often I'll drive by a little valley or pasture with a stream through it and think, "Now that looks promising." Sometimes my wife has to remind me that we already have a pond that takes up all the extra time, energy, and money we can spare.

It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.
