Building a roughly 1/2 acre or less pond on my farm, that has a spring fed creek flowing currently. My idea is to have a "shelf" where the creek flows in, and line it with decorative gravel, then have large rocks scattered around, some underwater and some sticking out, for visual effects. I would love to see anyone elses landscaping setups. Would also love a long narrow rock jetting out of the bank to jump off of.

Sounds good, but be careful with folks jumping off rock. Make sure plenty deep so they won't get hurt, also that the rock won't hurt their feet.
