We’ve owned our property with a pond nearly 10 years. Every year it looses 5 feet of water. Very frustrating. Its built on a mountain and lots of rock shows, so most likely it was dug to the rock and the rock has fissures.
What are pros and cons of doing a liner? Its about an acre and half. Also what is the cost? Could we just liner the half we think is leaking, sealing the split with clay? I understand its best to put dirt over it. All comments are welcome. Thank you.
Kind regards, Rick

Hi Rick
Call me and we can discuss a polymer sealants - worked on over 100 projects now and we're having 80%+ success reducing or eliminating leaks for a fraction of the cost of engineering or a liner install. It would be nice to catch up, too!
