Gotta admit; never heard of that tradition. Mine would never make the grade. Various dings/dents, caliche, road dust and a bunch of junk in the bed that needs to be cleaned out.

It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.
