I thought the same thing, but the first video is one about the diving camera Cecil had in a another post. Perhaps it's just a wrong link to what he really wanted?

That looks pretty cool! I can think of a few places in MI that he may not want to buzz the tree top's tho

It's not too far across the Indiana/Michigan line up your way on Lake Michigan.
My bad. I think the nuclear power plant is actually in Michigan City, Indiana, but can be seen from New Buffalo, Michigan. I went on a fishing charter there years ago and remember seeing the dome off in the distance as we trolled.
