I believe I need to get my water level back up and the only option is city tap water. Anybody have any ideas on how to do this without killing all my fish? Looking for info from people who have done it with good results.

They make stuff to neutralize the chlorine and bromines and other nasties. You would have to buy it in bulk to do that much
Novaqua Plus is what I used to use in large aquariums
