I have this pump installed to pull water from a nearby creek to keep my pond topped off during dry times. i have been losing a few large male cnbg in the last few days. does this look like enough to fight of a fish kill? i almost had a kill last year in august. i turned this pump and 2 more trash pumps on and saved my fish.
I was hoping the video would show the little ripples that pretty much cover the the entire surface with this water blasting in.
I have an electronic timer, but it isn't installed yet. anyone have suggestions when and how often i should run it to help with oxygen?
we've had plenty of rain this year to keep the pond full so my only reason for running it would be to eliminate the chance of a kill.
