Whenever I click on one of the main forum topics, I see the latest topics and then a list of past pages that can be clicked on to pull up less recent topics. When I click on Wildlife Management, under General Questions, only the most recent topics show up with no way to click on past pages. Anybody else have this problem?

It's in your show topic setting.
Click on wildlife management. At the bottom of the page you will see show topics. You can select show from all dates.

I just logged off, closed down my browser, which clears all cookies and stuff. Opened back up, logged in and it defaulted back to previous 3 months. Never noticed that before today.
Just checked and a number of them are at default of 3 months.
