OP heybud Lunker H Joined: Mar 2006 Posts: 1,319 Central Texas	Zephyr has returned to her former glory for the most part. Now we find out from the highway department they may be gonna put a divided four lane in, which will end Zephyr pond forever. In Dog Beers, I've had one.

Would you be reimbursed in some way to create a new pond? Glad you have some water finally, but I hope you don't lose the pond later!! Holding a redear sunfish is like running with scissors.

There is really no other good place for a pond on this property. We had planned to build our last house on this property, but now we don't know what to do. It is a real set back for us. We know that there is really no recourse, as they will condem it if we won't sell. In Dog Beers, I've had one.
