This is looking like another good Chance for rain in Texas. We have the tropical moisture coming up from hurricane John meeting a cold front. This morning they changed heybud and I's chances upward for the third time in two days. Here is the latest and good luck to everyone in Texas for plenty of rain!
Today: A 50 percent chance of rain and thunderstorms. Some of the storms could produce heavy rainfall. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 88. East southeast wind between 5 and 15 mph.
Tonight: Rain and thunderstorms likely. Some of the storms could produce heavy rainfall. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 67. Northeast wind between 5 and 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%.
Sunday: A 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 81. Northeast wind between 5 and 10 mph.
Sunday Night: A 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 65. North northeast wind between 5 and 10 mph becoming calm.
Labor Day: A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 79. Calm wind becoming northeast between 5 and 10 mph.
Monday Night: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy during the early evening, then becoming mostly clear, with a low around 65. North northeast wind between 5 and 10 mph.

FmcB- The whole thing has been a disappointment for me. My sister 25 miles from me got 4 inches real hard and filled her pond. I have had 3/10". It is really hit and miss so maybe heybud got some. I think you are too far east. I am in Brownwood. The geograpic heart of Texas.

When I got to Zephyr last Friday, I had a little ove an inch in the gauge and you couldn't even tell it hardly rained. It rained another inch Saturday and Zephyr came up a few inches. We need more and big rain fast.
In Dog Beers, I've had one.

heybud- I just had a nice 1.1" rain and it looked like you had the same. How much water did your pond have in it when you left?
