I've got a bad solar charger on one of my newest feeders. Thought it strange when the first battery went dead so quickly, but when replacement battery did the same finally realized what was happening.
Anybody else had problems with these chargers?

Nary a problem yet after two years. Mine gives the charging status and if the battery is good or poor. None of these solar chargers will charge a discharged battery though

Anth if they're TH I reckon they'll replace for free. I also have never had a problem, 8 years and running.

Have you unpluged and put a volt meter on the solor panel? Might be a bad plug, contact, or wire.

If the solar panel gets dirty enough it won't charge properly. I have to clean mine occasionally.
