Anderson Minnow Farm will ship to you. http://www.andersonminnows.com/ They're in Arkansas... They probably sell more minnows than any other hatchery in the world. In your situation, if you do go with them don't waste your money on the fry, go with the biggest minnows you can get that they will ship. I might end up doing bucket stocking with large adult wild shinners from the local park.

Be careful. I think I introduced Eurasian Water Milfoil into my pond by bucket stocking adult shiners from a local lake that has it.

Will do.
I pick them out by hand to new fresh buckets of water several times.
Plus any thing green in the pond gets attacked right away, (Koi, GC)
