At least your grass carp restrictions aren't as restrictive as ours. We can't have diploids even if we are a fish farm. Even the triploids have to be delivered by a fish farm to a pond. We can't pick them up. As a fish farm I can't pick them up unless I'm a dealer.

If pigs could fly bacon would be harder to come by and there would be a lot of damaged trees.

Phewww!
Thank goodness Tilapia were exempted from private stockings! I would have had to refund a few $ in pre-order sales.....

Rainman has stopped in Brownstown Illinois twice this year. It was raining both times. He bypassed us once because it was raining too hard. We are 13 inches above normal in rainfall for the year. ALL TRUE

I have been talking to one of our suppliers in OK and he has had discussions with a guy from OK dept of wildlife. It has been interesting to hear some of proposed regulations that are upcoming in OK. Since we have several clients that live or have places in OK this effects us.
Rainman I concur, thanksfully we can still stock Tilapia.

What else is being considered in Oklahoma?
Do you know if Tilapia can be raised or sold in Oklahoma?
