Doing research on a privately owned 90+ acre corps of engineer lake in NW tx. Need to know if they put any restrictions on the lakes? Any info would be appreciated. I've been to their website and really can't find anything helpful regarding private lakes. Thanks in advance

As the famous saying goes...it all depends! How long has it been there. When they dig/stock a lake they require you to make it open to the public for X # of years,5 I think. After that I think your on your own to do as you please. You might go to a local corps park and ask them, they should be able to answer your questions. They are usually pretty nice and helpful.
