Lets start with Sonar;since plants can absorb Sonar "fluridone" through the sediments, desirable trees & shrubs with roots extending into the water may be injured. No restrictions on swimming or fishing after application. It should not be applied within 1/4 mile of potable water intake. Treated water should not be used for irrigation for 7 to 30 days after application. This is environmental safety. Post on applicator safety or all other considerations welcome. This is only a partial list of the safety issues. All serious views & experiences welcome to this post. DOC
