Has anyone fried fish in Bacon Oil?
Any idea where to source other than my own frying pan?

I don't know of any bulk source....Bacon burns at a fairly low temperature compared to other oils.

Good ole lard would be the same rendered fat. It is a great cooking grease.
But of course it would not have the infused flavor of the cured meat of the bacon.

check out SHOTGUNRED on YouTube. Use to know a classmate from high school that said they would go to Colorado and mountain fish for trout and fry them over an open fire in bacon grease, she said they were great.
