Anyone know what this is? My neighbor has it in his pond. When image is enlarged it really doesn't look like FA.  
Fishing has never been about the fish....

Looks like duckweed. Is it a bunch of separate small floating plants?

Get some in your fingers..when you rub your fingers together and it feeld and looks like corn meal the its watermeal. But its hard to tell from the pictures.
