Can anyone tell me close to what the difference would be in water temp from the surface down to 8 feet? Lets say for example my surface temp is 85. I couldn't believe how much cooler my water was coming out of my aerator when I stuck my hand in the water!! I was surprised. It felt like at least a 10 degree difference maybe more?? I don't have a device to take water temps at 8 feet so I was just wondering.
The only difference between a rut and a Grave is the depth. So get up get out of that rut and get moving!! Time to work!!

That is an old thread complied over time - no extras just data (poorly arranged).

That is an old thread complied over time - no extras just data (poorly arranged). I have been around here a while. In many ways, though, I am still a newbie and this proves it!

Thanks Eric for the link that was exactly what I was looking for. Just a general possbile temp. Thanks for doing that study!

So how are everyones water temps doing now, I have not had a chance to make it out to check mine and wondering if this cool front we have had changed them for many people on here.
