I know a few of you have interesting problems with line freezes and condensate problems with your systems. Just a thought I had... Once your condensate hits the expansion chamber, it's going down!, and will not re-enter the lines to your manifold or diffusers, unless the whole thing is flooded. Then the air will get out anyway under slight pressure. Let me know what you think! I did a quick whip-up on this and have not transmitted all of the necessary factors to you on this post. But the basics are here.

That will work 100% of the time as long as the line going from the condenser to the manifold stays the same temp or higher as the condenser temp.

Probably would be best to put the manifold in an underground pit. Air dryers and temperature management cost up front and to operate. Without putting much thought into it. It would be nice to have a way to deal with line condensation and potential freezing issues without shelling out a pile and reduce operational costs.

I think that would do it - geothermal cooling for both the line and condenser.
