I have some property that I plan to build a house one. I had some soil boring done in various areas of the lot and some of them came back with a '14" seasonal water table'. It was tagged as 'sandy outwash'. I have a creek nearby that is about 48" below grade. First question; Is the creek level about were my water table is nearby? Also, Is my property with that 'seasonal water table' going to be pond friendly? Thanks for the info!

Doesn't sound too good to me. As that water table drops, so will your pond water level. Unless there is something I'm not understanding from your post. However, sandy outwash sounds like an aquifer to me.
Heck, you might not even be able to dig a pond there. You need to start with dry or slightly moist sandy loam.
Sounds like a great place to raise pecan trees or an orchard. Where are you?
