I’ve been searching around the internet and I still can’t get a good understanding of whether I need to add a surfactant to the Diquat mix for treating submerged weeds. (Or in my case now, Submerged weeds that have reached the surface in some cases). Or if so, how much to use. Most things I read seem to indicate that it is needed for emergent weeds, but unclear for submerged.
