NTHA - Great idea and good examples of how you got it done. Cleaver. I agree!! One thing I've seen hatcheries do is put the scale inside a clear plastic bag to minimize any water getting on the scale. You can get zip loc bags in 2 1/2 gallon size, and I believe they are available in larger sizes commercially.
