Found these small fish in a pond by my house in Texas. Minnows? Game fish fry? The darker one looks like a bass fry to me. Any ideas? They're around 3 inches long, maybe four.

The light colored fish might be a gambusia (mosquito fish) or some type of killifish, hard to tell from the pictures. The dark fish is a bass.

Me too

It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.

I'm thinking light fish are a type of killfish, but I'm not very familiar with them, but the dark fish is definitely a LMB.
