RES (nor their hybrids) are not listed in Wisc Fish the database for all fish in the state. No doubt there is a lot we don't know. There is also a whole lot we can mess up. Introducing non-native (or genetically changed)species can cause massive problems. Often it is done to try and fix a specific problem or need. If interested check out species introduced into Australia (rabbits and cane toads for example) for the results.
