A quick sincere and hearty thanks to all who have responded to my post. I learned more on this sight in 3 days that I did with my other research in the last 3 years!

Can you get more sunfish pictures for us?
I would like to see some actual Bluegill pictures if possible.

The one posted is a RES (at least very high %).
With a lake that size and limited fishing pressure you have to look at goals. If you fix the lake (population) to a balanced condition you have to manage for goals or it will be right back in the same condition in 5 years. LMB/BG lakes and others tend to get out of balance one way or the other. So think about what you want(goals)so that a plan can be devised. If you want a quality LMB/BG lake it will take work for 3 of you.
In other words you can fix the current problem but without goals and management the fix is very temporary.
