In my opinion it will actually be better. If you get some condensation and end up with a dip in the line somewhere, the larger line will take a lot more water condensation to have it freeze up.
I ran 100 psi rated 3/4" black plastic water line for my underground portion (the kind that comes in a coil) and it worked fine. Switched to 5/8 sinking aeration line for the water portion.
