Stay strong and supportive to your wife. Without medical care things will be more painful. Is hospice an option?
Definitely supportive of the wife. People forget how stressful it can be on family members and care givers.
She has a nurse and nurse's aid come in and her children are keeping tabs on her.
I talked to my mother-in-law this morning on the phone. She was eating breakfast but said it may come back up in about 5 hours. I'm amazed she can be up and around with her test results. She does get out of breath, tires easily, her legs are swelled, and sleeps a lot. And she can't walk very far.
Choking up I told her what a wonderful mother-in-law she had been.
