I agree with going and taking someone else along to have a witness, preferrably an attorney. Don't volunteer any information other than answering the questions that he asks in the least words as possible. If he doesn't say anything else after you've answered a question, don't elaborate, just wait 'em out until they ask another question.
If they have complaints that relate to harassing waterfowl (whether they are true or not), that's bypassing the state level and going to Federal level.
To me it's strange that they want you to come in vs. coming out to your place, and not telling you why they want you to come in. I don't like that one bit.
