I got the same promise when I complained about receiving hybrids instead of BG. And that was from a hatchery (Zett's in West Va). The owner told me next time they send a delivery my way they'll put 200 RES on the truck for me. I don't mind posting their name, that was 2 yrs ago and I still haven't seen that truck.
